Setup Information
Vendors must be fully set up by the event start time.
No early tear-downs unless directed by event organizers.
Food vendors must comply with all Health Department regulations.
Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and setup materials.
Insurance Requirements
Vendors must provide proof of general liability insurance.
Nonprofits without insurance: please reach out—limited waivers may be available.
