Holly Redding is the founder and owner of Winchester Brew Works in Old Town Winchester, a family-friendly brewery serving as a community gathering place for the last nine years. She acts as secretary on the executive committee of Friends of Old Town, and served 5 years on the previous Winchester Main Street board, being the chair for 3. Holly was born and raised in North Carolina where she graduated from NC State and developed her penchant for sausage gravy and Eastern Carolina BBQ. She met the love of her life and relocated to Harrisonburg, VA in 2011 where she worked at Merck Pharmaceuticals until her now business partner suggested the crazy idea of opening a brewery in Winchester. She lives near downtown with her husband Arthur and two sons - 8 year old Oliver and 5 year old Winston. When she's not slinging beers, she enjoys watching horror movies, sipping bubbly rose, attending renaissance faires, and reading true crime novels. In addition to Friends of Old Town, Holly is on the board of directors for the national Brewers Association, a liason to the tourism board of Winchester and Frederick County, and an all around great person to hang out with.
