Emma and Juliana Dobbs, high school twins from Frederick County, Virginia, have developed a strong passion for education, history, travel, and exploring everything new. Having enjoyed their upbringing in Winchester, they hope to share the exciting adventures of their area with other children. Emma and Juliana are committed to furthering their education, and all proceeds from this book will go towards their college fund, supporting their future academic endeavors and aspirations.
